Here's how to get started marketing via WhatsApp
Pre-preparation
Before creating a WhatsApp campaign, you need to complete the following steps:
Step 1: Create a YCloud account
Click to register your YCloud account.
Step 2: Create a WABA account
Documents to be prepared:
A Facebook account
Phone number.
The phone number must be able to receive voice calls or text messages.
The number had no previous WhatsApp App or business account.

Step 3: Create a marketing template
Create template
If there are multiple WABA users in the account, please switch the WABA account in the upper right corner.
Log in to your YCloud account > WhatsApp Manager > Templates > Add Templates

Name & Select Type & Select language
Category Select Marketing, name the template and select the template language

Edit template content

Submit template
Confirm that the template content is correct and click Submit > Confirm

After the template is approved, it can be configured and sent
Templates are reviewed by Meta, please be patient. Generally, the audit will be completed within 1 day.
Review failure: If the template is rejected, you can go to the edit page to find out the reason, and modify the template or appeal according to the prompts.

Create a one-time marketing broadcast
Use the Campaign function of the YCloud platform to send marketing messages, promotion notifications or new product recommendations to specific customer groups (such as a customer group or customers with a specific label).
When sending a group message, pay attention to the design and layout of the message content, avoid too commercial and blunt expression. You can use a graphic, lively and interesting way to attract the attention of customers, improve the message open rate and click rate.
Step 1: Add activities

Step 2: Fill in the Campaign information and click Next

Step 3: Select the recipient

Step 4: Confirm the content is correct, click submit, and send it after approval

Step 5: View the group activity data
Select Campaign > Action > Analytics

Create automated marketing strategies
Automated Marketing editor with YCloud platform (Journey)
Journey is an automated marketing tool that helps businesses trigger a series of actions based on customer behavior, enabling instant marketing push for specific customer behavior, such as automatically sending a payment reminder when a customer abandons a settlement payment.
In the YCloud platform, you can easily configure such an automated marketing process to automate and personalize marketing messages and improve conversion results.

Step 1: Create Journey
Log in to your YCloud account > Journey > Create Journey

Step 2: Add Trigger
The Trigger is the Trigger for this Journey, and all conditions in the trigger must be met before it can be successfully triggered.

Step 3: Design process
Drag and drop components and connect them to design a process for execution based on your business scenario. For details about component functions, see Component description
For example, when a customer does not complete the payment after 10 minutes of placing an order, it will automatically send a reminder message, and if the payment is completed during the period, it will not be sent, and the conversion rate of customers will be improved through this automated marketing method.

Step 4: Active and Save
After completing the process setting, click the Save button in the upper right corner, set the status of Journey to active, and click Save.

If the component Settings are incorrect, you can view the error message in the upper right corner of the red box and click the Check button in the upper right corner to check the Settings.
