Subscription Expiration and 15-day Buffer Period
Subscription Expiration
Before your subscription expires, you will receive a reminder email. You can go to the corresponding interface of the system through the subscription link in the email to renew your plan. At the same time, a floating notification will also appear at the top of the system page, reminding you that your subscription is about to expire.
Before the expiration, if the number of user accounts in your account exceeds the plan's limit for the next cycle, we will pop up a dialog box for users who have the right to manage "Settings" - "Users and Teams", alerting them the expiration.

After the subscription expires, the excess user account will be set to "inactive" status. Inactive user accounts cannot log in to this tenant. In addition, you will lose the generative AI points, translation characters, data storage duration, permissions for custom roles, permissions for advanced assignment rules, permissions to add more channels, and customer support service of the original plan.
15-day Buffer Period
After your subscription expires, you will enter a 15-day buffer period. During this period, we will temporarily keep your expired user accounts information for you. You can restore your user accounts and data storage rights by renewing or upgrade the plan during this period. You will receive a reminder email before the end of the buffer period, and you can go to the corresponding interface of the system through the subscription link in the email to renew your subscription. At the same time, a floating notification will also appear at the top of the system page, reminding you that the buffer period is about to end.
The end of the 15-day buffer period
After the buffer period ends, the data of your rights such as the inactive user accounts and the duration of data storage in the original package will no longer be saved for you. Even if you renew your subscription after the buffer period ends, data cannot be restored.
