What is Chatbot

Chatbot is an automated process robot developed by YCloud based on WhatsApp. By recognizing the content of customer messages, it can conduct automatic conversations, or tag customers, unsubscribe, etc

Common Chatbot Terms

Trigger

Keyword trigger. When a user starts a conversation with the company's WhatsApp account, entering a keyword corresponding to the Chatbot will trigger the corresponding Chatbot flow.

Chatbot Flow

Chatbot Flow refers to the process of how a chatbot interacts with users and handles their inputs.

Variables

Variables that store and track information. By using variables, Chatbots can more efficiently engage in dialogue with users and adjust automated replies based on different situations.
