## Manually Import Unsubscribed Contacts

### Step 1

Log in to your [YCloud account](https://www.ycloud.com/console/#/entry/login), navigate to the Contact > Unsubscribe page.

### Step 2

Click  + Add Phone Number, manually add unsubscribed contacts, and click Add to complete the addition.

If the enterprise has set up an unsubscribe feature, when a user unsubscribes, the corresponding information will be automatically added to Contact > Unsubscribe.

## Manually Delete Unsubscribed Contacts

Log in to your [YCloud account](https://www.ycloud.com/console/#/entry/login), navigate to Contact > Unsubscribe > Action, where you can do the deletion operation.

## Manually Export Unsubscribed Contacts

Log in to your [YCloud account](https://www.ycloud.com/console/#/entry/login), navigate to Contact > Unsubscribe > Export, where you can complete the export operation.
