YCloud now supports native payments within WhatsApp. However, this feature is currently only available to businesses and users in India, and requires integration with specific third-party payment platforms: BillDesk, Razorpay, PayU, and Zaakpay.
Please note: The following steps require the BM administrator to collaborate with the third-party payment administrator to complete the entire integration process.
Log in to your BM account, click Payment configurations > New configuration
Configure your payment method. Below is an example of Razorpay as a specific third-party payment account.
2.1 Enter payment configuration name
2.2 Connect configuration and gateway. In this step, if you are the administrator of the third-party payment account, please select "Connect now"; if you are not the the administrator of the third-party payment account, please select "Account owner will connect later".
2.3 Enter the third-party payment administrator's email to send a verification email, or click "Copy link" to manually send it to the third-party payment account administrator for verification. Once completed, click "Done."
2.4 Once the third-party payment administrator completes the verification, the status will change to "Needs Testing."
Copy the link and send it to the third-party payment account administrator's email. After the administrator clicks the link, they will be redirected to the authorization page. Click "Authorize" to complete the authorization.
4.1 After the authorization is completed, the status will show "Need Testing." At this point, the BM account administrator needs to test whether the connection is successful. Once the test is successful, the status will change to "Active." When the status becomes "Active," the entire connection process is complete.
