CTWA Introduction

Click-to-WhatsApp Ads (CTWA) are an excellent tool for acquiring new customers now, helping you maximize your ad spend on Facebook and Instagram、 TikTok & Google.

CTWA (Click to WhatsApp Ads) is an ad format that sends traffic directly into a WhatsApp conversation.

What Is CTWA

After seeing an ad, users can click the CTA in the ad and go directly to WhatsApp to start a conversation with your business. A typical CTWA journey looks like this:
