# Notification & Alert

To ensure the smooth operation of your WhatsApp channel, YCloud provides the following notification features:

* Low Balance Alert: Receive an automatic email alert when your account balance falls below the threshold. Multiple recipients can be configured.
* Daily Billing Report: Get a daily email with the previous day’s billing details. Multiple recipients can be configured.
* WhatsApp Account Status Alert: Be notified if your WhatsApp number encounters an abnormal status.
* Message Delivery Alert: Get notified when WhatsApp message delivery rates show irregularities.
