# Goal and Exit Rule

#### **Objective**:

Used to measure the effectiveness of the Journey. Statistics can be set for a specific time period, and after being triggered, it continuously tracks whether the customer meets the objective conditions. Once the customer meets these conditions, the completion count of the Journey's goal increases by one.

{% hint style="info" %}
Note: The goal is solely for data statistics; completing the goal does not mean the customer will exit the Journey. Only by meeting the [**Exit Conditions**](#tui-chu-tiao-jian), or after executing the last component of the Journey, will the customer exit.
{% endhint %}

#### **Exit Conditions**:

Once a user enters the Journey, it continuously checks whether the user meets the exit conditions. If met, regardless of the user's stage in the Journey, they will immediately exit, meaning no further components will be executed.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://helpdocs.ycloud.com/help-center/journey/components-and-features-introduction/goal-he-exit-rule.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
