Here, you will not only see data such as ad campaign spending, impressions, and clicks, but also the number of contacts who clicked on the ad, and you will be able to export this information to plan the next set of marketing campaigns.
To view CTWA analysis, the following prerequisites must be met:
The corresponding ad account is connected to YCloud.
At least one customer has clicked on CTWA. When an ad has no clicks and no messages sent, it will not be displayed on this dashboard.
View path: YCloud backend > CTWA
Here, you can see all CTWA ad delivery data, including spending, impressions, clicks, and initiated conversations.
We also support you to export data at any time by clicking "Download," which will download the recorded potential customer dataset to your browser.
We have set basic tracking metrics based on the user's ad journey, including:
Conversations started: The number of conversations initiated by people who saw the ad.
Engage: Once the potential customer sends the second message
We also support you in defining new conversion tracking metrics by collecting data from conversations:
Select the ad campaign you want to manage > Track events > Click + Track new event.
Here you can choose the tracking method, including tagging potential customers or triggering a keyword in the chat.
Determine the most important conversion goal for this ad campaign. When a customer triggers this event, the event will be passed to the ad manager via CAPI to optimize ad targeting. Learn about CAPI
You can click the "Set as Converted" button on the interface, which will define this event as the "Converted" for the ad campaign.
You can not only view and understand the overall ad impression and click data but also collect data from conversations and define "Converted" in the potential customer journey to measure the conversion of ad effectiveness.
