To ensure effective communication, it is important to understand the status of your emails after they are sent. This information can help you determine if recipients have received your emails and if they have clicked on any URLs included in the emails. We typically categorize this information into two types: sending data and tracking data. By analyzing this data, you can gain valuable insights into the effectiveness of your communication efforts.

Open
Email open tracking. YCloud utilizes common tracking methods in the email field to monitor the number of times an email is opened. A small transparent image is embedded in each email, which is loaded when the email is opened. Note that due to the complexity of email technology and the diversity of email clients, this method is not 100% accurate.
Clicks
URL click tracking Each time a recipient clicks on a URL in the email, the tracker redirects it and sends it through YCloud's server to the intended website. This allows tracking of the number of clicks, which can be viewed in the analysis data.
