Goal and Exit Rule

Objective:

Used to measure the effectiveness of the Journey. Statistics can be set for a specific time period, and after being triggered, it continuously tracks whether the customer meets the objective conditions. Once the customer meets these conditions, the completion count of the Journey's goal increases by one.

Note: The goal is solely for data statistics; completing the goal does not mean the customer will exit the Journey. Only by meeting the Exit Conditions, or after executing the last component of the Journey, will the customer exit.

Exit Conditions:

Once a user enters the Journey, it continuously checks whether the user meets the exit conditions. If met, regardless of the user's stage in the Journey, they will immediately exit, meaning no further components will be executed.
