Conduct one-on-one sales services via WhatsApp to enhance your potential customer development capabilities.
Allow your team members to develop customers through WhatsApp Business accounts, improve communication with clients, monitor sales team performance, and quickly close more deals.
You can also use a Chatbot as a preferred response, automatically capturing customer information at a low cost and adding it to your database.

Guidance:
Inbox > Settings > Agents > Add agent, enter the sales email you want to invite, and click to send the invitation
Bottom left corner Account > Settings > Users and teams > Invite user, ensure the role selected is βSalesβ.
Enter the sales email you want to invite, and click to send the invitation.
Guidance: WhatsApp accounts > Settings > Assignment
Add sales in Assignment.
After setup, messages received on the current WhatsApp number will be automatically assigned to the sales in sequence.
Conversations automatically assigned to sales will be attributed to the receiving conversation sales. (If you need to modify the attribution or set it in advance, refer to Owner Attribution Settings) Guidance: WhatsApp Account > Phone number Settings > Assignment > Advanced Assignment > Toggle γAssign conversation based on ownershipγ
After finish the above settings, customers' conversations will be assigned to the sales owner.
