Conduct 1v1 Online Sales via WhatsApp

Conduct one-on-one sales services via WhatsApp to enhance your potential customer development capabilities.

Allow your team members to develop customers through WhatsApp Business accounts, improve communication with clients, monitor sales team performance, and quickly close more deals.

You can also use a Chatbot as a preferred response, automatically capturing customer information at a low cost and adding it to your database.

Preparations Before Starting

1. Configure and Add Sales Accounts

Guidance:

Inbox > Settings > Agents > Add agent, enter the sales email you want to invite, and click to send the invitation

  1. Bottom left corner Account > Settings > Users and teams > Invite user, ensure the role selected is β€œSales”.

  2. Enter the sales email you want to invite, and click to send the invitation.

2. Assign Conversations Received on WhatsApp Numbers to Sales

  • Guidance: WhatsApp accounts > Settings > Assignment

  • Add sales in Assignment.

  • After setup, messages received on the current WhatsApp number will be automatically assigned to the sales in sequence.

Assign Conversations to the Sales Owner for the Customer

Conversations automatically assigned to sales will be attributed to the receiving conversation sales. (If you need to modify the attribution or set it in advance, refer to Owner Attribution Settings) Guidance: WhatsApp Account > Phone number Settings > Assignment > Advanced Assignment > Toggle 【Assign conversation based on ownership】

After finish the above settings, customers' conversations will be assigned to the sales owner.
