Currently only supports Android phones
Like the Web version, the Inbox mobile app supports all the features included in the Web version, including:
Send Text Messages - Pure text messages that can include letters, numbers, and symbols.
Send Media Messages - Messages containing media files such as images, videos, recordings, documents, and stickers.
View Contact Messages - Messages that can contain contact information (such as person's name and phone number).
Send Quick Reply Messages - Supports sending preset quick reply messages.
Contact Tagging - Allows adding categories for the customer and starring them. Also supports unstarring.
Conversation Transfer - Supports transferring the current conversation to another agent.
View Contacts - Supports viewing the current contact's profile (phone/country/category).
Edit Conversation Status - Supports closing the current conversation or starting a new one by entering a number in the search bar.
Switch Account Roles - If the current account has permissions for multiple YCloud accounts, supports switching roles directly on the mobile app.
Click on the profile image at the top right, and find the "Check For Updates" button in the dropdown menu
Click "Download update" on the page to download the update, and after downloading, click to install, which will automatically overwrite the original version.
