Analyse WhatsApp Flows

After sending WhatsApp Flows, YCloud supports to view and analyze your WhatsApp Flows in multiple places.

View Data in Campaign

After sending WhatsApp Flows messages through Campaign, you can directly check the analysis of that broadcast event in Campaign > Analytics.

Click the WhatsApp Flows button on the far right to view the specific reply data from users for that WhatsApp Flow.

View Data in WhatsApp Flows

Log in to your YCloud account > WhatsApp Flows > Select the WhatsApp Flow for which you want to view reply data > Click on the corresponding Logs.

View Data in Templates

Prerequisite: You have already created a message template with WhatsApp Flows in YCloud.

Log in to your YCloud account > Templates > Select the message template with WhatsApp Flow you want to view > Scroll down the page to see the number of times the WhatsApp Flow was submitted > Click View Logs to see the specific reply content.
