Manually Import Unsubscribed Contacts

Step 1

Log in to your YCloud account, navigate to the Contact > Unsubscribe page.

Step 2

Click + Add Phone Number, manually add unsubscribed contacts, and click Add to complete the addition.

If the enterprise has set up an unsubscribe feature, when a user unsubscribes, the corresponding information will be automatically added to Contact > Unsubscribe.

Manually Delete Unsubscribed Contacts

Log in to your YCloud account, navigate to Contact > Unsubscribe > Action, where you can do the deletion operation.

Manually Export Unsubscribed Contacts

Log in to your YCloud account, navigate to Contact > Unsubscribe > Export, where you can complete the export operation.
