YCloud Partner Documentation

In this document, you will find detailed step-by-step instructions on how to collaborate with YCloud as a partner

What is YCloud

YCloud is a marketing/service/sales platform built on WhatsApp.

It is an official Meta partner/WhatsApp Business Solution Provider.

It is dedicated to providing a one-stop WhatsApp solution for brands that are deeply loved by consumers.

YCloud Partnership Models

YCloud offers two partnership models, and you can choose the appropriate partner type based on your actual needs:

  • Technology Development Partner

  • White Label Partner

Technology Development Partner

Gain access to WhatsApp APIs and build or integrate your own solutions.

This is aimed at technology drivers with a dedicated development team where you need to build software for users to use the WhatsApp Business API, such as customer service SaaS platforms, CRM, Chatbot, or ERP solution providers.

As a YCloud Technology Development Partner, you must also become a WhatsApp Tech Provider.

White Label Partner

Get a fully functional WhatsApp interactive platform, just like what you see on YCloud, and customize it according to your brand, including domain address, site name, logo, theme color, etc.

You can gain all the features of the YCloud platform, which took 3 years to develop, without spending a minute and resell it to your customers.

This is suitable for teams that want to resell a fully functional WhatsApp engagement platform under their own brand, such as CPaaS companies, brand marketing solution providers, etc.

As a white label partner, you are free to choose whether you also need to become a WhatsApp Tech Provider.

What are the Benefits of Becoming a YCloud Partner

As a technology partner, you can provide additional value in your own software.

As a white label partner, you can offer a more competitive WhatsApp interactive platform to your customers to generate income.

In addition, YCloud’s partner program has advantages over other WhatsApp BSPs, including:

  • No message markup, providing profit margins for partners;

  • We are always online, providing multi-role support groups and will always help you provide accurate and meaningful responses;

  • Simple and clear customer onboarding experience without additional certification materials;

  • We will provide you with APIs and interfaces to fully autonomously manage your customers' accounts;

  • We value every partner and accompany you towards success.

FAQ

What are WhatsApp Tech Providers?

WhatsApp Tech Providers refer to a role in Meta's developer community where developers can integrate with the WhatsApp API to build WhatsApp solutions for customers. For more information, click here.

Tech Providers can cooperate with solution partners (BSP) or directly access the Cloud API.

Why cooperate with a BSP as a Tech Provider?

Directly connecting to the WhatsApp Cloud API requires you to enable payment accounts for all customers to connect with Meta, which is a complex task.

Additionally, you will not receive any support from Meta, whereas collaborating with YCloud will provide you with: technical access support, solution support, training, and prices in some countries/regions that are lower than WhatsApp’s.

Is there an additional charge to become a YCloud Partner?

No, we do not charge partners.

For technology development partners, you only need to bear the cost of WhatsApp sessions on behalf of your customers.

For white label partners, you also currently only need to bear the cost of WhatsApp sessions on behalf of your customers. (In the future, YCloud will initiate SaaS subscription fees, and you only need to transfer the cost to your customers and obtain commissions)
