White Label Partner Pricing, Billing, and Payment Methods

This document explains the pricing, billing, and payment methods for White Label Partners

All customers must pay the Meta conversation fee based on the number of conversations transmitted through YCloud (without markup). However, we do not charge any additional fees for each conversation or message.

WhatsApp conversation fees need to be paid to YCloud, and YCloud will pay the fees to Meta.

Software Subscription

YCloud does not charge any software subscription fees for any customers or partners at this time.

We plan to commercialize software subscriptions in 2025, at which time we will charge subscription fees to all customers on a monthly basis, including those introduced by White Label Partners.

For White Label Partners, we will offer prices significantly below the direct purchase cost to help partners earn more revenue beyond the conversation fees.

Billing

After becoming a YCloud White Label Partner, any WhatsApp conversation fees generated by the business customers you introduce will be recorded in the partner account. We will deduct the fees in real-time from your YCloud account balance based on the pricing mentioned above.

If there is no balance, the end customer will not be able to use their WhatsApp Business channel. Therefore, you need to ensure there is enough available credit in the account.

Designing Commercial Pricing

You can design independent pricing schemes for your business customers, such as message technical service fees or software fees. YCloud does not interfere with your pricing strategy.

However, customers need to see the billing and invoices in their management backend, so when you need to change the price for a customer, please submit a price change ticket, and YCloud will assist you in changing the customer pricing to allow them to see clear invoices in the management backend.

In any case, we will always bill the partner based on the pricing mentioned above.
