Technical Development Partner Pricing, Billing, and Payment Methods
This document outlines the pricing, billing, and payment methods for technical development partners.
All customers must pay Meta conversation fees (without markup) based on the number of conversations transmitted through YCloud. However, we do not charge any additional fees per conversation or message.
WhatsApp conversation fees need to be paid to YCloud, and YCloud pays the fees to Meta.

Messaging Throughput
Ideally, each account hosted by the Cloud API (WhatsApp phone number) can handle up to 80 messages per second. Ideal conditions include your webhook response time being less than 200 milliseconds and having sufficient technical resources to ensure optimal performance.
Billing
After becoming a YCloud technical development partner, any WhatsApp conversation fees generated by the enterprise customers you introduce will be recorded in the partner account. We will deduct from your YCloud account balance in real-time based on the above pricing.
If there is no balance, the end customers will not be able to use their WhatsApp Business channels. So you need to ensure there is sufficient available balance in the account.
You can design independent pricing plans for your enterprise customers, such as message technical service fees or software fees, and YCloud does not interfere with your pricing strategy.
