# 添加号码

## 步骤1:

进入[WhatsApp accounts](https://www.ycloud.com/console/#/app/dashboard/account) 页面，选择要添加号码的WABA

点击 +Phone numbers（添加号码） 按钮

## 步骤2：

输入号码信息：

1. WhatsApp Business display name：此名称为号码名称，在用户端展示的名称。需跟公司名称或者品牌名称相关。
2. 行业属性：选择行业。
3. 企业简介（选填）：可描述下此号码的简介。

## 步骤3:

输入新注册的手机号码，完成后点击继续。

## 步骤4:

输入新手机号码收到的验证码，输入完成后点击Verify完成绑定。

Tip：中国大陆地区（+86）建议使用语音电话来接收验证码。

## 常见问题：

<summary>绑定失败</summary>

若绑定失败，您可根据提示内容判断错误原因，可能出现的错误：

1. 可绑定的号码已达到上限。未完成企业认证的号码最多只能绑定2个手机号码。如果需要绑定更多，请进行企业认证。
2. 号码已经注册过WhatsApp。
   1. 此号码可能已经注册过WhatsApp app 或者WhatsApp business app。建议更换号码或者在app内注销此号码。注意：注销后号码的聊天记录不会迁移。
   2. WhatsApp business api账号。建议此号码走迁移流程，而非新增流程。
