# CTWA分析

在这里，您除了会看到广告活动的消费、展现、点击等数据，还将看到点击此广告的联系人数量，并且您将能导出此信息。以规划下一组的营销活动。

### 1 先决条件

要查看CTWA分析的先决条件：

1.对应的广告账户已连接到YCloud。

2.<mark style="color:orange;">至少有一个客户点击过CTWA。当某个广告没有人点击并发送消息，它将无法展现在这个仪表盘中。</mark>

### 2 查看CTWA转化数据 <a href="#ctwa-fen-xi-cha-kan-he-xia-zai-shu-ju" id="ctwa-fen-xi-cha-kan-he-xia-zai-shu-ju"></a>

查看路径：YCloud后台 > [CTWA](https://www.ycloud.com/console/#/app/ctwa/dashboard)  > ad manage

在这里，你可以看到所有CTWA广告的投放数据，包括花费、展现、点击以及开启的会话。

### 3 查看广告带来的Leads

注意

1. 每次只能查看：某个广告账号下的数据

### 4 转化明细

您可以查看特定广告的 **Track Events** 明细：

1. 在广告列表中，选择目标广告。
2. 点击 **\[View Leads/Track Events]** 入口。

#### **4.1 查看触发该跟踪事件的Leads**

同时，我们支持您随时导出数据，点击“Download”，会将您记录的潜在客户数据集下载到您的浏览器。
