## 手工导入退订联系人

### 步骤1

登录[YCloud账号](https://www.ycloud.com/console/#/entry/login)，导航至Contact > Unsubscribe 页面

### 步骤2

点击Add Phone Number，自行添加退订联系人，点击Add完成添加

企业如设置了退订功能，当用户退订时，对应信息会自动添加到Contact > Unsubscribe

## 手工删除退订联系人

登录[YCloud账号](https://www.ycloud.com/console/#/entry/login)，导航至Contact > Unsubscribe > Action，可进行删除操作

## 手工导出退订联系人

登录[YCloud账号](https://www.ycloud.com/console/#/entry/login)，导航至Contact > Unsubscribe > Export, 可完成导出操作
